What it is, what is good to eat, what best to avoid and some frequently asked questions. I know when I started out everything seemed very daunting. I had my dietitian to turn to for help with the fundamentals, but nothing that helped with the everyday mine field of FODMAP life (eating out ?! don’t get me started) and nobody to talk to that had actually been through it.
