- 2 plain or lightly salted rice cakes
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 teaspoons of pecan butter
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Spread the pecan butter between the two rice cakes.
- Slice the banana and divide between the two rice cakes.
- Dust with the cinnamon
A super easy snack, that will banish those hunger pangs but still leave room for tea later. You can easily substitute the pecan butter for another nut butter, its entirely up to you! Play around with them and see which you prefer – I hear peanut butter is a real winner too.
