Coconut and Cinnamon Chia Pudding



Serves: 1

Prep time: 5 mins

Setting time; 4 – 6 hours

Difficulty: Easy







  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 150ml of coconut milk
  • Β½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon raisins


  • Add the chia seeds to a bowl
  • Combine together with the coconut milk, cinnamon and raisins.
  • Allow to set in the fridge for atleast 4 -6 hours

The magic of chia seeds at work again! They are so versatile with flavours you really can get creative, personally I can’t get enough of this coconut and cinnamon combination. I usually make the night before and enjoy for a quick breakfast before work.
