Pecan powered banana smoothie

Difficulty: Easy

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 2 teaspoons pecan halves
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 150 ml coconut / nut / rice milk
  • 3 ice cubes

 

Method:

  • Place all the ingredients into a food processor
  • Blend until smooth
  • Drink and enjoy !

 

Pecans are such a great source of nutrition they contain more than 19 vitamins and minerals including vitamins A, B, and E, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc. Meaning that this smoothie not only tastes great but it is also super good for you too!
