Autumn spiced cinnamon smoothie

Prep time: 5 mins

Difficulty: Easy

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 table spoon oats
  • 200 ml dairy free/ nut / coconut milk
  • 3 Ice cubes

Method:

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and whizz up on a high setting
  • serve and enjoy !

 

A warming cinnamon smoothie, great as a sweet treat and as a breakfast boost. It really captures the flavours of Autumn, a firm favourite of mine at the moment!
