Prep time: 5 mins
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 table spoon oats
- 200 ml dairy free/ nut / coconut milk
- 3 Ice cubes
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and whizz up on a high setting
- serve and enjoy !
A warming cinnamon smoothie, great as a sweet treat and as a breakfast boost. It really captures the flavours of Autumn, a firm favourite of mine at the moment!
