Chocolate chia smoothie

Difficulty: Easy

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 200 ml dairy free / rice / nut milk
  • 3 ice cubes

 

Method:

  • Place all the ingredients in the blender
  • Blitz away !
  • Pour into a cup and enjoy.

 

This decedent smoothie will satisfy all of your chocolatey cravings with none of the nasty side effects of a processed sweet treat ! Super easy to make and oh so chocolatey, definitely a firm favourite of mine.
