Easy Green Smoothie



Serves one

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 150 ml lactose free milk / rice milk/ water (depends how creamy you like it)



  • Add all the ingredients to your blender and blitz away !


This is such an easy recipe that is ideal for those busy mornings. The banana and oats give the smoothie such a decadent texture, while the spinach and sunflower seeds pack it full of goodness. I also find when experiencing a symptom flare up this smoothie is particularly kind to my sensitive stomach. So double points here, it really is a perfect way to start your day !
